Super recommended in the heart of Cd Hidalgo

Excellent option to stay in Cd Hidalgo Michoacan, very clean the sheets smelled of soap very fresh, the spacious and comfortable rooms, the price ratio service without doubting the best, the treatment was very courteous booked online and upon arrival they already had my registration and very easy to check in the receptionist very friendly as well as the rest of the staff, the waiters the next day sent me away with a smile and helped me with my luggage without requesting it. The hotel is in a central location so I did not move by car I was walking; excellent experience when staying with them I highly recommend

Regular low cost hotel

It’s a small family business with the basics. Good attention from the owners, in general it’s clean but it really need to improve their installations, WiFi down the whole 2 days I stayed, they don’t have first aid kit and in general you can hear the whole sounds in the whole place.
If you are visiting for a short time and your budget is limited, it can be a good choice.

Terrible decepción.

Desde la reservación a Través de Booking.com fue una desagradable experiencia pues comentaron no se registró que pagaría al llegar. Jamás contestaron el teléfono del hotel, toda la Comunicación fue Via mail.
Puedes escuchar todo en las habitaciones,
Cómo la gente se baña, si un niño grita en el pasillo parece que está a tu lado.
La coladera de la regadera no sirve, por lo que un baño rápido se convierte en una alberca horrible, al grado de manchar la alfombra del cuarto.
Y por último el pago, la aplicación me
Marcó un precio de $584 y al llegar cobran $684.
Definitivamente no lo recomiendo, afortunadamente solo fue por una noche.

Hotel bonito, limpio y comodo

fuimos a conocer ciudad hidalgo y sus alrededores, y la verdad quedamos con un muy buen sabor de boca de este hotel, ya que cuenta con habitaciones muy comodas, limpias y con servicios de calidad... volvere sin duda a la temporada de mariposa monarca y me hospedare nuevamente en hotel romo!!!
