Promises more than it delivers
Start, the door lock on the room doesn't work, they didn't know how to solve it nor did they do it, the whole time in our absence the room was open.
The WiFi in the room does not work, you have to use someone else's and almost ask them to give you passwords.
It was very hot, the fans are old and noisy, they greatly affect the quality of rest.
The breakfast coffee is half bad, or half good, but for "the Royal Coffee House" you expect excellent coffee, average quality food, it is preferable to plan without breakfast and go to the center of Coatepec to have a really tasty breakfast, there is Many options.
But the worst part is the beds, they are still the same mattresses as years ago and, if you look while they are changing the beds you will see that they are terribly dirty, full of stains and very deteriorated, sleeping on them is a penance, super hard , super marked from wear and tear, we woke up every day with back pain, the pillows were also old, worn out and terrible.
If I had not paid for the entire stay I would have gone after one night to one of the other options.
