Delicious restaurant, very good service, rooms with areas for improvement

I went with my family and what we found when they gave us the room were dead cockroaches on the first day and a live one on the last day. They said they had fumigated and that's why they came out.
The telephone does not work to dial reception so anything I needed I had to go down and request.
The towels, although they were changed every day, were worn and one day even had mascara stains.
The pool area has no lounge chairs and is very lonely, we didn't feel like going swimming.
What is worth it is the restaurant's breakfast, very vast and with first-class service.
What is worth highlighting is the attention of all the hotel workers. Everyone very helpful.
I hope you follow up on what was mentioned above so that you have a better experience.

Lack of general maintenance to the hotel, as well as training or better salaries for employees so that they perform more.

Very poor hygiene in general. Dirty bathrooms, broken bathroom doors. Very dirty bed linen and towels. Super noisy air conditioning.
It's a shame because it has a very good location, I hope they take action on the matter.

Near center

Room had no three prong plugs to charge up PC, TV did not work, gave us another one that was not made up poor value for 800 pesos. Nice courtyard, No Bar. Small pool. Friendly staff, but not the best. Beautiful to look at. King bed ok. Restaurant only open in the morning. Should have read reviews before.

Falling Apart

The hotel looks good, rooms are kept clean, and its close to downtown. But the hotel is falling apart, my room on the third floor had 3 leaks in the ceiling in the bathroom (one almost above the toilet) and one in the bedroom. The ceiling had big holes where the water was coming from (meaning it must have been leaking for too long now).
Room only had one double outlet (with just one working with the TV plugged and the other not working) and one single outlet.
While we were having dinner a piece of ceiling almost falls on a young mans head

Like Detroit...Its Hey-Day is Over

I am sure this Hotel was something in the day... But like the city of Detroit, the good days are long gone. Rooms were questionable, hot water was an issue, towels were ughh! Wi-Fi never worked. Room keys are actual keys, so if you had a roommate like I did on this trip, it was inconvenient. Staff was friendly and attentive.
