It was a really pretty little place. It doesn’t look like much from the outside- but once you go in it’s actually pretty spacious and nice. The room was spacious and had a wooden shutter on the door that was pretty cool. There were two cats hanging out in there- a white and black one. Both very cute, very sweet. Say hello to them if you go! :) Wash your hands after though :) Very nice staff- patient with english speakers. :)

Hotel tuul, good choice for travel xpress

The hotel is very nice.
The pillows are not comfortable :(
We asked for an extra blanket and they didn't have :(
We reserved for 4, and there were only 2 bath towels :(

We come for Easter 2026, the village is very nice, much or all can be done to. Pie, we received the hotel very well and the facilities are very nice too, it is not opposite the main square but walking this 5 min. the hotel has quality facilities, the reservation was by a platform and the charging was here on site. All good.

The best hotel in Izamal

It is definitely a great choice, the price, the rooms, the cleanliness , the pool everything is excellent. It has many rooms and is very comfortable. The price is very accessible and the hotel is nice. Good service and rent bikes too.
I'm definitely going back to my family.
Only detail take a long time to give you breakfast is understandable I imagine there are not many kitchen staff but the eggs from Motuleño are very rich.

We sat on the toilet in our room and the toilet cracked. We reported this to the hotel management and they charged us $2000 for the toilet! They insisted we broke their toilet! In all our rooms, the toilet seats were loose. We also found large spiders at the bottom of the pool! We tried to speak to the hotel manager but he never returned our call. Do not stay here! Lack of honesty and integrity! You’ll end up paying for the hotel’s maintenance!
