The place is great. We stay here often. The problem is they charge for dogs to stay in the rooms that are tile and it’s 20 bucks. A dog way over price for that.

The check-in staff was horrible, rude and caring and gave no interest and trying to please. The customer. It’s like this. Is it enjoy it or not if you don’t like it move on. Horrible. Horrible horrible. Hopefully you don’t have to deal with Mario. He was horrible.

Adequate for a short stay

This hotel is a mile from Downtown Loreto restaurants/shops/beach/malecon. Too far in this heat to just pop out for a wander, the walk is largely on an uninteresting road.
Rooms are ok, great to have a hob and fridge, and safe is really easy to use.
Sound proofing is minimal, I used a towel under the connecting door between my room and the next to try and muffle the tv noise from their room.
Key locking system for the door is the most difficult/annoying I have ever come across.
Breakfast was good, staff really friendly.

I loved the room, few hotels have kitchen and this hotel is one of them, and this super equipped
The staff was always very friendly especially Veronica the very cute waiter and Breyda reception
