Highly recommended and accessible

My family and I really liked the hotel because it has a very good location for the price. The receptionist who greeted me was very friendly and answered all my questions. I would like the open pool to last longer and for people not to be so dirty in that area.

What a dump!

What a joke!! This place should not be on the RCI Catalog. No phones in the room, no internet, the refrigerator was rusted inside. The wall air conditioners were rusted and did not work. No potable water. The bathroom was dirty as well as the floors. We found another place to stay for our remaining 5 days.

has good location but hotel maintenance is awful, employees are rude and customer service is poor, pool maintenance is awful, room cleaning is awful and elevators are hot and dirty.

It's a joke this year

Been here many times in the past. This stay is awful. No water last night until mid morning. Then no water to shower this evening, guess it's going to be tomorrow or later before everything is fixed? Don't know what is going on here but the only thing good is the restaurant. Maid service is good also.

Lack of maintenance and rude staff

It is a place with a privileged location, however the place lacks a lot of maintenance, the elevators are scary, the pool area turns into a canteen with garbage thrown everywhere, the pool is small and I think the employees should Being angry at so many people who come because they treat you with bad manners. For parking, if you can't fit in the parking lot at the foot of the hotel, across the street they have more parking that costs 50 pesos per day. On one of those days, I arrived to park and there was a car waiting for a truck that was going to leave, I stood on one side and it beeped at me, which I assumed was so that I wouldn't get into that place because I was waiting. space, the fact is that when I was there a family came out and left in their car, so I got into that space, with the understanding that the person who was there before was waiting for the other space and had even let me know that way I didn't see a problem in using the other parking lot. The fact is that when I was about to get off with my two children, the person who was waiting for parking came up to yell at me to get out of the place because I was waiting and he was the next in line to which I responded, well, you were waiting for the other one. At the end of the parking lot, I think he got angry because the truck he was always waiting for didn't come out and I ended up parking before him. It would have been a different story if he asked for things politely. I told him not to talk to me that way because I didn't like it, to which he continued raising his voice at me telling me not to move but that he was going to call the tow truck. To my surprise, the man was wearing a hotel uniform, a blue button-down shirt with the hotel logo!!!! I didn't see it at reception so I think it would be administrative, it's not the way to treat guests.
I will never stay there again because there are much better options a few steps away and the price doesn't vary that much.
