Great location, beyond excellent service and very clean. Staff will make feel like royal.

Appetizer-style sincronizada breakfast.

Breakfast with local friends, we decided to go to this hotel's restaurant. I didn't order the buffet because I eat a small breakfast so I ordered a sincronizada.
A simple flour tortilla with cheese and ham. It took them about 30 minutes to bring it and the presentation was like an appetizer, cut into small triangles, smeared with salsa.
I didn't like it at all.
Why not some pico de gallo and guacamole on the side and less cut up.
I couldn't distinguish the taste of cheese or ham.

The hotel is conveniently located across from the Star Medica Hospital where I had an appointment. It is in a good area with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.
The room we stayed was clean however the amenities were lacking. The bathroom leaked whenever we showered and wet the entire bathroom floor. The towels were worn and faded. We got a balcony but had no tables and chairs on it and our room (we paid for the upgraded room btw) had no couch and table as advertised and one single chair. Luckily we did not spend a lot of time in the room.

Clean comfortable and friendly hotel.

It is an excellent place to stay during your visit to Merida.
It is comfortable it is clean and it is very friendly.
But you are there make sure you visit the rooftop to get a spectacular view of the city. For those of you that are seeking medical treatment this hotel is right across the street from one of the top hospitals.
I do plan to return.
