Excellent customer service and housekeeping, rooms clean, breakfast needs to have a more variety of choices and keep up with making sure guests don't be waiting on line to long because kitchen stuff didn't put enough food, I think u need more staff in the kitchen there were only 2 employees.

Staff is way too loud in hallways , we are trying to rest after a night of fun & they are yelling to each other across hallways. Also I had requested no housekeeping, they should wait to come clean room till after you check out.

Very good place overall, please consider that this is not rated as a 5star hotel, but rooms are clean, staff is very friendly, attentive and polite, very basic breakfast, good to get you going.
Plenty of parking on rear of hotel, and I did see cameras, that is a plus in my books.
Overall pleased with this hotel

I paid for a standard room with a king bed. Mind you I called ahead of time to confirm it was accurate and they confirmed. On the day of check in they gave me a room with a full bed. I spoke to the front office and they informed me their hotel does not even hold any king beds so it is false advertisement. I have been trying to get either a partial or full refund from Hotels.com. They say they try getting in contact with someone at the hotel to discuss the issue and process a refund but they are unable to. However when I call I get a hold of someone right away. I have asked to speak to a manager and they call me later at night so I missed their call and now I cannot get a hold of anyone. Not staying in this hotel ever again. False advertisement
