The bat towels are terrible, old and rough. I spoke to a front desk lady about the window curtain being dirty (dry blood looking) and she said she will take a note, it was never corrected

The hotel looks very nice. The hotel staff were helpful and cheerful. The three times that I've stayed there the internet never works. I have to use my American cell hotspot. The other gripe I have is the air conditioners are hit and miss. It's very humid inside and I count on the air to dry it out a bit. Never does.

The front desk was helpful and everyone was kind. The hotel is very beautiful, too, with some nice restaurants nearby. The in-house jazz bar was very cool as well.

The lobby is gorgeous! The exterior is beautiful but there are several broken exterior windows on the ground floor making the building look decrepit. The room was very clean and comfortable but we had to call down for towels. The room decor was nonexistent so it seemed plain. Staff members were very friendly and polite. The breakfast was a buffet but too expensive for me so I didn’t eat there. The location is wonderful but the area has seen better days.

Great old hotel in need of a bit of freshening up.

Grand old hotel with gorgeous lobby. Rooms are a little plain but clean and comfortable. The location is downtown and has lots of restaurants and bars around. Unfortunately the surrounding area is littered with trash and in need of repair and updates.
