Stay in Zipolite from May 13 to 18, 2026.
I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for the second time, and it did not disappoint me.
The check-in was quick, even with the fashion event they had that day for Pride.
The room was wonderful; I rested very well, and they kindly changed our room for the event to avoid the noise.
Breakfast was a 10, highly recommended.
The pool was very pleasant, with good temperature, and the beach beds were a luxury.
The check-out was quick, and they assisted us with a contact for the taxi both to and from the hotel.
Thank you for making my birthday a pleasant moment.

Unique Experience
Live, Breath, Be Budamar. Peaceful, relaxing, invigorating. Great location to beach and town activity. Wasn't sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. Room was comfortable and had a safe. The restaurant food was good. The staff were friendly and professional. The person who I think was the owner was very nice and attentive and obviously supports an open, safe and accepting atmosphere. The hotel is 100% clothing optional throughout (although a towel to sit upon is good manners). Estimated 70-80% of guests were nude. The pool is large enough for about 20 people and is great for an afternoon or late-night plunge. While most guests spend their days lying around the hotel and then going to town for dinner (one block away), did meet some guests who didn't pack any extra clothes and spent their entire vacation nude at this hotel and at clothing-optional restaurants along the beach. For those wondering, we estimated straight-to-gay mix at about 60/40 here and along the beach. While open-mindedness is a must, guests at Budamar can expect great tans, total acceptance, and extreme relaxation. Enjoy!

HOTEL FANTASTICO IN ZIPOLITE
Wonderful experience in BUDAMAR. A hotel with beautiful views, pool, restaurant literally with your feet on the beach. A place that deserves your full attention... the team is professional, young and dynamic. Ideally located, you will appreciate a great tranquility and at the same time a close proximity to all the restaurants and bars in the area. The only problem they ran into will be: Don't want to leave this hotel!!!

Great hotel, but mice in my room. Stepped on mouse poo and smelled mouse urine!
This location is perfect and right on the beach. The lounge/restaurant/bar area is great! Two HUGE issues...
If you choose the ground floor premium room #203 (queen size bed), you will be right next to the bar/restaurant and will be woken up quote early in the morning from the hotel setting up for breakfast.
The room I was given had a mice infestation. I could smell the urine each time I turned on the air conditioner and I stepped on mouse poop. I was able to collect mouse poop on each day of my stay. I mentioned something to the staff and said that I think they nest was in the AC unit. The staff said they would send someone to take a look and try to clean out the AC unit, but nobody even looked at the issue. They ignored the issue. I don't like to demand compensation for complaints, but I almost did for this one. They didn't offer anything.

A Great location on this beautiful beach in Ziploite
I’ve stayed at Budamar 3 times and other hotels too, but having the option to be totally nude in the hotel area and at the beach beds was the best. The staff are truly easy going and attentive. The hanging beds in the shade was my perfect oasis. I did get to know the staff which made each day a great day to chill, watch people and get service. The hotel is authentic Mexico. And very unique looking. A short 150 feet to the main Avenida, and best central location on the beach . zipolite is a place with super cool people with open attitudes towards naturism. I went 4 time in 12 months and hope that it never changes how tranquil it is. Budamar is my first choice of hotels.
