This no-frills place is perfectly located. The staff is super. They were very flexible and helped us work through some unrelated travel challenges we had. We even decided to stay one day longer than planned.

Courteous attentive staff, nicely redecorated room. Could have use a mirror other than the bathroom mirror.

The staff was super accommodating, the room was extremely comfortable and we couldn’t have asked for a better location for our 5 night stay in Oaxaca. We’d not only recommend this hotel, but will also book again for future visits.

Good location but took advantage of guests

The location of the hotel is perfect as well as the cleaning service ( they come everyday and leave what we need) however I looked for places with transfer from airport to later found out we had to pay and it was double the price as other transfer services ( which we hire on the way back) we paid $1300 with casa puga and $800 with external services - the breakfast is only eggs, chilaquiles and coffee ( even tho it’s free I recommend you go around to eat better for not even that expensive) we were located on the 1st floor and the noice you can hear from upstairs is too loud ( not normal) - staff we fine, location fine but again I was very cross to know they really ripped us with the transfer, rather than help guests the just abused. I found the whole experience expensive compared to what we got
