This is a fraud. The music and noise are unbearably loud. You will not sleep all night. Stay away at all costs

Do not expect sleep, or rest, or nap...
While the hotel’s location is excellent, it unfortunately holds the dubious distinction of having the noisiest room I have ever attempted—unsuccessfully—to sleep in: Zanate House, Cenzontle Room 305.
This room is not suitable for sleeping. At best, it can be used to shower and freshen up.
The room is located directly below the terrace restaurant, where staff begin dragging chairs and tables as early as 6:00 a.m. and continue until 2:00 a.m. Patrons also move furniture throughout the restaurant’s operating hours.
As a result, there is no possibility of naps, proper nighttime sleep, or any meaningful rest. To make matters worse, the room is adjacent to an extremely noisy elevator, which can be clearly heard every time it is used—whether out of necessity or simply to avoid walking two flights of stairs.
If rest or sleep matters to you, avoid this venue.

The in-room tel to call front desk does not work
Front Desk Service Is Abysmal
The hotel manager can't solve anything, in short, it's not healthy to stay in that hotel, claustrophobic rooms and no TV at night.
