Nice condo close to everything!
The owner, Massimo, is doing everything to make your stay very enjoyable. From his welcoming to the end of your stay, he will answer any question you may have.
The condo has everything for a self-catering stay. We had Unit #5 on second floor. It was nice to have our coffee on the balcony every morning and be part of the local life in PDC.
There is a nice pool on the roof, it's very quiet. Lots of sun chairs when you want to relax after a day at the beach or to do your morning exercices.
The building is located on the corner of Calle 4 and Avenida 25 (main door on Ave 25). Great spot, not noisy and just 5 blocks from the beach access (directly from Calle 4).
The main door is locked at all times so no security concern.
There is cleaning included every 2 days. Mercedes is the cleaning lady and she is very nice, always smiling and doing super good job.
