Very charming and clean place

We stayed five nights at the new and bright Atlantida hotel over the Christmas holidays. Our room was large and bright and very clean. We had a huge king bed and a double bed and also a small refrigerator and "convenience kitchen." Our room had a large balcony that faced avenida 15 and it was nice to sit out there and watch all the happenings of city life in Playa del Carmen going on. We found the property to be a good value for the money and the location was excellent- a short walk to the beach and restaurants but had more of a local feel as it is located in town not right on the beach. The room was kept very clean and had huge windows you could open during the day to get a nice cross breeze going in the room. We noticed a small pool in the courtyard of the property but it was not filled when we stayed there.

Nice large rooms, horrible smell in bathrooms.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the rooms are very large, nice big beds, flat screen tv, fridge and ac. The problem with this place is the smell that comes from the bathroom after you use the shower or toilet or sink, a horrid smell kicks up and fills the whole room. One night it woke me up!! I think a plumber is needed to sort this out. The staff are ok, they do there job, although every time we wanted a shower I had to go downstairs to reception to ask them to turn the boiler on so the water was warm. It's an ok place, potential to be a lot better.

Cama durísima dormimos fatal.

El hotel es regular pero tiene la base de la cama es de cemento y el colchón es malísimo por lo que dormir se nos hizo una tortura.? Salimos corriendo al día siguiente a buscar otro hotel. No lo recomiendo.

BUEN PRECIO, TRANQUILO Y COMODO.

es un buen hotel , el precio es muy accesible, y cuenta con los servicios basicos para tener una estancia agradable, la limpíeza es adecuada, es un lugar muy tranquilo y seguro, la atencion es buena, por el cual si buscas un lugar economico y donde tener tranquilidad este hotel es una buena opcion.

MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA

en verdad no se como describir la mala experiencia que tuve en este hotel, solo puedo decir que es nada recomendable!!! el infortunio que tuve al hospedarme aquí, y sin haber tenido una buena resolucion por parte de la administracion me hace darles una pesima referencia!!
