Nice And hip

Dit is een machtig appartement vlak achter 5 avenue waar geen lawaai van hebt ? Het dak zwembad is zalig en de ligstoelen strak ;) het enigste als je omliggend begint te kijken is het naar de prijzige kant in vergelijking met hotels tot 5 sterren en ontbijt

Never rent apartment 310 .

Indoor temperature 28 degree Celsius 75 percent humidity. No air conditioning was working. Water flows from the ceiling and mold to the ceiling in the bathroom.
Several desks are inflating in the room thing by water damage, probably before we get there.
Could not get service or response from property owners or administrators.
We had to find an airbnb the same evening and leave the next morning.we stayed 12h.
We asked for a full refund because we had to exceed 1500 more to stay in a dignified apartment. Two weeks later no word from the owners or the administration.

Location, location, location

Extra large suite with 1.5 baths, elevator, awesome rooftop pool and space, comfortable King sized bed, hot shower, lots of towels, including beach towels, quiet at night, excellent location just steps away from 5th Ave and the beach. Disappointed there was no laundry facility in our suite (104), no BBQ, and kitchen, although well stocked was missing some key items such as tea towels, a serrated knife, and a corkscrew. Construction across the street started early in the day but generally didn’t bother us. Overall a positive stay, property manager was quick to respond and we would recommend.

My new home away from home.

This place was great. Amazing location just steps away from the beach. Very quiet, very clean and safe. It's fully stocked with many amenities. The rooftop pool was the perfect place to chill. I would definitely book this place again.

Zero ethics

Mi estancia ahi era en los utimos meses del 2020. Un dia cai en las escaleras porque estaban mojadas y no habia barandal. La caida me dejo un hueco en una nalga (hasta el dia de hoy). En el pricipio me pidiero enviar la evidencia para poder reembolsarme los costos medicos ya que era por falta de disposicion de seguridad (barandal). Envie todo pero dejaron de contestarme y nunca tomaron su responsabilidad. Pesima ethica. No recomiendo.
