EXCELLENT SERVICE AND NEW ROOMS!

I stayed at the Courtyard, and I loved the service they gave me, it was great, they made me feel right at home. I stayed in room 510 and the service and cleanliness of the room were phenomenal. If you are looking for a hotel with a very good location, with good service and 10/10 rooms, this hotel is a very good option. I highly recommend it.

Always nice to return

I have been coming to this hotel for 2 years, always with great pleasure, the hotel has been completely renovated, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, the common areas are welcoming, the pool is excellent, the gym is modern, the breakfast buffet is of excellent quality and varied, and the staff makes you feel at home.

Excellent service, cleanliness, and comfort.

Without hesitation, I would stay at this hotel again; the service is top-notch, and at all times I felt welcome and well taken care of.
All the staff is very friendly and attentive, but it is very important to mention that the attention from the Front Office Manager Arturo was extraordinary in helping me with a lack of clarity between the reservation platform I used (totally independent from the hotel) and what was offered by Courtyard by Marriott Puebla Las Animas regarding the breakfast package purchased. Manager Arturo showed great interest and empathy in helping me and managed to ensure that the solution he provided was 100% to my liking, exceeding my expectations.
The location for my needs was excellent since it was in the center of all the points I had to move to, but even so, I consider that the location would make it easy for many people to get around, and it is also important to consider that it has restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping malls nearby. The breakfast buffet is varied, with fresh fruits and food, of very good taste and quality.

Excellent Attention and Service

I have already come a couple of times to eat and now to have dinner at the hotel, the attention is magnificent, the staff is very kind and pleasant, this time I saw the QR in the elevator and I consider that they deserve the best of recommendations, whether you are from Puebla and want to stop by to eat or for a DayPass, or if you are traveling and want to stay, I am sure that their good service extends to all areas.
