Best Hostel Ever

I went in December 2016. I stayed for 10 days. It was the best vacation I ever had. The owners are amazing, the staff is amazing, and it’s right next to the bus stop. I stayed over Christmas and we had an amazing potluck dinner put together by the host. When I go back, I will definitely stay here.

Fantastic Hostel in Pvr , Puerto Vallarta.

Amazing Free breakfast chilli quillies one day and banana pancakes the other. Great Mexican family owned hostel with 50 beds and huge roof top balcony. As a Solo traveler I'm always looking for a budget friendly place to stay. I have been to 20 countries and this is the best hostel I have stayed in as far as amenities go .

Dishonest staff

I had to check out 7:30 in the morning, when there was nobody at the reception. I emailed the hostel afterwards to request my key deposit of 200 MXN. They said they will return the amount via PayPal but never did. Wouldn't recommend it due to their dishonesty.

Very friendly hostel

This is a very friendly hostel. From the arrival they gave us a warm welcome. The father and daughter that run the hostel are wonderful hosts. Even if the rooms and bathrooms are not be very comfortable - they are not well designed - they are fairly good for one or two nights stay. The dining room is spacious, well ventilated and the kitchen is fine. Breakfast is served there. The staff is very helpful and kind. The hostel has a meeting space at the roof terrace. The view is not nice from there but the human environment is friendly and gatherings can get fun and enjoyable.

Don Juan is the perfect host, and his staff of family members make you feel at home. In addition to 2 terraces with calming views of the hills, the property also features a rotating continental breakfast. This area is conventiently located for access to Centro and the beach!
