Excellent PET-friendly hotel.

Excellent experience due to its PET-friendly service and areas for pets. The service at the reception, the restaurant, and the delicious food, bravo!

This Hotel is 1 star, with a 4 star lobby

Standard rooms are dated, "dated" is actually an understatement, the first room i was in was very clean but the furniture was beat up and non functional, the door to the closet didn't open all the way, it was hard to get to my clothes, I complained and was moved to a room that had better furniture, but there was mold under the built in seat of the shower and the towels were stained.

Good, but they need to improve.

Overall, it is a good place. I believe they have areas to improve in customer service, room service, and the menu. What has been very cumbersome is the billing for the room. They should make it easier.

The bedas and pillows could be better, they are old mattresses and you can tell.it.
The staff is very friendly and we always have a great time when we stay here. We have been staying here since I was a kid now I am 48. So it brings me a lot of good memories.
The food was not as good as it was before, we ask for enchiladas miberas and the red sauce was tasting as burned.
I traveled with elder people so the fact that you can have food in their restaurant is very convenient.
The bar was the best amenity, cause we were watching a futbol game, we order a drink and it came with chips and peanuts. We enjoy a lot the person that was singing after the match.

Property is nice and big, service is amazing but the rooms are terrible, old, ugly, very bad conditions, they need an upgrade, it's a nice hotel but I won;t come back because the rooms and the noise, we couldn't sleep, you can hear people, cars, etc.
