Everything about this establishment was beautiful. It is convenient and everything is walkable. Only downside I would say. Is the parking. You’re only allowed to leave the parking lot once a day, which is kind of annoying, but other than that everything was perfect.

GUEST BEWARE. IT WAS NOT A GOOD STAY FOR ME. FAR TOO MANY RED FLAGS FOR MY VISIT. GREAT LOCATION, NOISY OUTSIDE. DO BETTER

Room 7 - the hot water takes over 20mins to get warm. I arrived at 2am, the water never got cold so I had to use baby wipes. Woke up, 20mins passes still not warm so they moved me.. once I moved, he went back in the room and the water was hot..
Room 8- the new room. RED FLAG the water smelt so bad.
RED FLAG.. when it rained the water came in the room from the patio doors
RED FLAG .. RED FLAG,, RED FLAG I asked the cleaning lady one morning if she could just clean the bathroom. I had been sick and used all the towels. She was mopping the stairs and she came in the room to clean the bathroom and used the same mop with NO cleaning products to mop the shower and bathroom floor..I almost had a heart attack.. like.. why would I want to step in a shower you just used a mop to clean the outside with? No cleaning products used.
RED FLAG.. when I got into Room 8, one of the towels had a big hole in it. Like they cannot tell me they didn't know about this towel because they wash them, they hang them up in the rooms.. and then the towns are SO HARD.. at what point do you plan to replace towels for paying customers? Omg them towels are hard.
No flashlights in the room for blacks.. the power went out at 545pm..we had to be in the dark until the next day.. not one single flashlight in the room, the water stopped working at the same time.. the wifi of course didn't work but the power outage isn't their fault.. the lack of flashlights are.
Would I stay here again? Not a chance.

Too noisy in the town center on a busy street

This hotel is on an extremely busy street in the center of town across from a park. The rooms were beautiful but the noise was intolerable. The rooms are off a courtyard and people were not respectful and made lots of noise. Combined with the traffic noise were were unable to sleep before a very early flight. if you have heavy earplugs or have limited hearing it would have been great.

Our family of four had a great stay at Morazul. Fantastic location .. easy to walk to tons of restaurants and sights.
The room was quite comfortable and had ample space. We were in room 6 which faced out to the city.. it had great views, but a warning that you will hear street noise.
Friendly staff and a very secure hotel. We would stay again.
