The perfect place to relax

What I liked the most is that they have different types of accommodation, and I chose a cabin in the forest area. The place is modern but traditional, very natural and quiet, with an amazing view towards the valley. The cabin where I stayed super equipped and comfortable, the fireplace gave it a plus as it helps a lot with the cool of the night.
Fully recommended, plus the employees are all friendly and accessible.

My husband and I splurged on the nicest cabin on the property. The cabin was beautiful. The property is beautiful. However, the overall organization and communication could use improvement. They collect money for everything up front (even before the activity takes place). They also don’t offer all of the activities that they advertise on their website. We wanted to do yoga (as advertised on the website), and they weren’t offering it during our stay. We also wanted to do Temezcal ceremony, and they need a minimum of 4 people to sign up. There weren’t enough people signed up the day we wanted to. We checked out the following day and they never took our name off the list. I asked for a refund and they refused to issue it. They also ask for your deposit for your stay in cash. Very strange policy- every other hotel asks for this on your card. The reception desk attendees do not speak a word of English. I would expect a place of this caliber to have front desk staff that can at least speak basic English.

Rustic but nicely appointed cabana with a deck and good views of the mountains. Big fireplace with plenty of wood, comfortable bed and plenary if plush blankets, hot water not really hot, but survivable, and bathroom lighting and fixtures not very good but… it’s a cabin…

We had such a wonderful stay at these cabins! The views are absolutely breathtaking—waking up to that scenery alone is worth it. The staff made the experience even better with their kindness and attentiveness, always ready to help with anything we needed. Everything was spotless, and the cabins were beautifully maintained. The amenities added so much comfort and made it easy to truly relax and enjoy the stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-cared-for getaway.

I loved the fireplace. I was able to light it myself but I was told someone would come help me if I couldn't. I went outside a few times to grab more logs, which were pre-chopped in a stack under the cabin. This fireplace made my trip extra cozy.
