This was the best hotel/condo rental I have ever stayed at. It was nice and clean, secure and it had a stunning courtyard.
The one thing that I would say that I found wrong is that the pool had way too much chlorine, it was hard to swim in. This can be an easy fix.

The staff was great with helping with recommendations. They responded quickly and were very professional and kind. It was a beautiful location and the neighborhood felt very safe.

Great space for a 2 week stay. Was clean, spacious and pool was perfect place to relax. Kitchen was fully equipped and a/c was working great. Would definitely recommend.

Nice pool/garden area as shown on the pictures. Full equipped kitchen. Easy self-check in process and hosts were easily reachable via WhatsApp. Good location as it is very close to Calle 7. Would stay again at Panacea.

Fantastic vacation

Beautiful condo-style apartments surrounding the pool with gorgeous tropical trees and plants. Apartments and common areas are just as gorgeous as the photos! Some suites have multiple bathrooms and private pools. Exceptionally well-priced.
Front desk staff were polite and helpful and they provide a WhatsApp number so that you can always contact someone for concierge services or recommendations for activities.
We loved the location with a cafe across the street for great coffee & pastries and a lovely family-run restaurant two blocks over for delicious local dishes and fresh fruit smoothies.
Beach is about 20 min by bike or scooter, 10 min by car.
Things to keep in mind:
Rented as an apartment means room cleaning services aren’t included but are available for a small fee if you want to change towels, etc.
Many streets around the area are not paved so if you have mobility issues or small children with strollers it may be best to rent a car.
If using one of the hotel bicycles plan to take a few minutes tuning it up. Same for scooter rental, have a cellphone with WhatsApp & data in case of issues.
The Playa del Pueblo (public access) is the best way to access the beach without paying for access to the national park (but beach access via the Parque National is free on Sundays).
There are tons of nice beach clubs - to use the chairs and umbrellas just order some food or a drink and enjoy the beach.
We had a wonderful experience and will definitely plan to come back!
