The place is incredible. I can’t believe I never been there before the staff is super kind Tania, Veronica, the gentleman that takes care at night there. Florentino has a grumpy face but is a good man. The facilities are super in good care, clean, spectacular view will definitely ll”be back.
El lugar es increíble, no puedo creer que nunca había estado ahí. El staff súper amable, Tania Verónica, el señor que cuida y vive ahí Super amables. Florentino, poco mal encarado, pero buena gente. Las instalaciones súper bien cuidadas, limpio, espectacular. Definitivamente voy a volver.

TERRIBLE

Save yourselves the trip, TERRIBLE service. They never gave us the remote for the screen, the power went out and the hotel does NOT have a generator, so without that we didn't have fan air, WATER for the bathroom and obviously not even to bathe, there is NO ONE from the staff at the hotel to resolve anything after 8, except for an older adult acting as a security guard. The walls were dirty from flip-flop marks from other guests (surely killing mosquitoes), the shower floor has surely gone months without being cleaned, you can see the ring of grime. The pool water is FREEZING, food at restaurant x

We went there no one recived at reception but a simple person woke there like a garden person, WiFi was not working, we went at room I paid for the lake view But was trees view, I went to the restaurant inside the hotel I find in my hamburger A peace of metal I will not go back there for sure

Terrible ordeal

Super disappointing: the
Place is extremely sloppy, lacks a lot of maintenance, is super dirty everything, I think it is very different that it is a not so new hotel pwro the pool areas are super dirty, trash everywhere, the water of the pool super cold despite its advertising says it is Warm, in the rooms have no air conditioning not fan are super hot, no coffee maker, really very disappointing, the common bathrooms stop public dirty

This facility is very dangerous, my friend had an accident that could have been a fatality, and the owners didn’t respond to the responsibility of the follow up of the medical expenses. And what is worst, no safety immediate actions to prevent someone to have other accident.
Specifically talking about the jacuzzi stairs, don’t use them!
