Comfortable and clean hotel, although somewhat old

The hotel, especially the rooms, need some remodeling. However, this is offset by the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of all the staff. The bed and shower are very comfortable, and the TV offers a wide variety of channels. The room has heating and air conditioning, although the appliance is quite noisy.
The food is very good and well served. Breakfast seemed expensive for those who do not eat much, but it offers a great variety and the food is fresh.

Old and ugly facilities. Fatal gym and pool that looks like a splash. The only good thing is breakfast and friendly staff.

Not what i expected

Close to the Americas mall, employees very nice however this hotel is outdated and needs a lot of updates cause the rooms are old the beds are comfy but the blankets are very old and the floors are very old too, now is just the name but not the quality for this place, very disappointed cause neither offer any snacks as usually offer on the other hotels, place over priced beside that the cleaning was not completely done
