All good but room for improvements

Everything during my stay was satisfactory. However, there was one small—but significant—change: the hotel replaced the E‑pura drinking water bottles with a Members Choice brand. The new water has an unusual flavor, seems poorly purified, and is not pleasant to drink on its own. It works for coffee, but when consumed alone it has a noticeably bad taste.
Not a wise decision, dear Hyatt Villahermosa team.

Good stay

I went to a wedding in their ballroom and everything was very good, after that I stayed there and I can say that I had a pleasant stay, the room service was very good, I was in the patio in front of the pool in the early morning and without any issues. Friendly staff. They just need to include more variety in the buffet because there wasn't much to choose from and the trays were empty...

Excellent service and attention

Although I was only there for a few hours, they took care of my uniforms, they kept my reading glasses safe; who else does that with a smile on their face? Only Miss Stephanie and Miss Alondra, plus all their colleagues and Alán, thank you very much to all of you who look after me as if I were in my own home; I think they treat me even better. Thank you very much to my friend Luis, the waiter, who was on the night shift, along with Alondra, and to those in the kitchen who prepared my food to go, always delicious, always hot, always fresh.
