Family weekend

The hotel was very friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and with good space, the beds are hard and I think they could improve, at the same time the pillows are very uncomfortable.
There's only free TV, they might have a better TV option.

Scam

We made a reservation through Booking that the HOTEL CANCELED from good to first; when we wanted to communicate we were answered that there was only the wake and they could not solve. When we were able to communicate them they made us understand that they wanted us to cancel with Booking and book with them directly, they refunded us only 60 pesos, even though the error they had.

A place where the wake attends because it has no trained lobby staff

I do not know the state of the hotel I always book by apps like Booking, trivago... always looking at the reviews always having excellent experiences and seeing this well-rated place I chose it. But it was not so the payment divided me into two payments by card the first being made perfectly but in the second there was a problem that I did not realize instantly to make it causing my reservation to be called. Communicating at that time with the place answering the veil and telling me the could not solve my problem which at that time was to keep my reservation in place since I had everything ready to celebrate my father's birthday there and payment made. So I communicate with Booking to which they replied very willing to solve my problem but that the away had to send a letter authorizing, from both sides on my part and from booking we were communicating by calls, booking even by messages and only said that if they had sent the letter for refund but never did. Asking me to book with them again but they stressed that outside the direct app with them missing my first payment and paying them from scratch my reservation again. It would have been silly of me to do it so I missed my first $3300 payment totally making a $150 refund. A place unwilling to resolve these mishaps and preserve its reserves loses customers. But they didn't spoil my long end I stayed in another very good hotel another type of people who attend very helpful the booking by excellent application the only bad thing this place where at least they should have the courage to say we will not refund and not say if we already send everything for booking refund and they do not and justifying themselves in wakes and that those who attend you are not the ones who do the booking thing. We highly recommend the hotel Gamma Cuernavaca and booking. But this place not from the sense that the answering phone on a long bridge at seven o'clock in the afternoon is a wake and without having staff at that time attend you

Basic Comfort

Very simple hotel focused on people looking for basic comfort services. Very grateful to the person who checks the chambers, as I returned some rings that I had forgotten in the bureau. Most of the staff are helpful. .
