Great service, staff was courteous and accommodating. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Only first day, had no hot water for the shower... after that everything was great!

I recently stayed here for one night, and overall, it was an average experience. The hotel itself was clean, and the staff was polite, but a few things could have been improved to make the stay more comfortable.
The room was decent in size, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. However, the amenities were quite basic. One major disappointment was the lack of complimentary toiletri overall, it was an average experience. It would have been helpful if this was mentioned beforehand so that guests could come prepared.

Excellent place to rest

Beautiful hacienda remodeled and conditioned for a formidable rest. The weather helps a lot and the service is excellent. The entrance is a little scavenged, but nothing that doesn't solve the GPS. The pool is very enjoyable for the whole family and the gardens are exceptional.

La propiedad está a 500 m de la ex hacienda de Chiconcuac , por lo que si vas a una boda ahí queda perfectamente ubicado, pero solo para pasar la noche. Si no tienes un evento en la exhacienda, no te lo recomendaría.
