Average Hotel with Excellent staff

Stayed here for 2 nights - room OK but bathroom dated and shower was either too hot or too cold. The pool is nice but busy traffic passing close (likely the same for many hotels in Mandalay?). Staff very friendly and helpful but I did find it difficult to communicate - I was looking for a nearby gym to use but somehow this was to tricky to explain and advise. The breakfast waiting staff were dressed in casual demin jackets and sweatshirts over their uniforms which confused me as whether they were staff or guests ? I couldn’t find the hotel listed as a GRAB taxi location which was annoying. Therefore overall rating 3

Very nice stay.

We had 3 nights here and it was good value, with a spacious room snd a great pool. The hotel was busy but quiet, though breakfasts were rather noisy! The staff were outstanding, from the owner down . In particular Kyow Zin Thot couldnt do enough to help us, and front desk lady Thet Hiet San was charming and resourceful. Overall it was a lovely few days and we would stay there again.

Super nice and clean. The staff was nice. We leave early in the morning, so they prepared us a breakfast box

Quite locality, clean room and spacious

Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Better view on the front site, to the pool and to the mountains in the distance. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing for the room is not sound proof especially someone close the door. Pool is nice though not very big. Breakfast is quite simple and the local is a bit far from other points of interest. Though far and being in quite locality, there are some restaurants nearby in walking distance. Recommend for relax, and quite room not far from the city.
