I am writing this letter to take this opportunity to share my experience and appreciation for our stay.
We had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. The accommodation offers excellent value for money, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with high standards of hygiene and an efficient water treatment system that ensures comfort throughout the stay.
The restaurant menu features creative Myanmar traditional cuisine that maintains its authentic flavours and freshness. I had the opportunity to try several dishes, all of which were well-prepared and thoughtfully presented.
The entire team demonstrates professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Chef Ko Aung Myit Thu, A Nga Lay from Food & Beverage, Ms. Hnin Hnin Aye from Housekeeping, Ms. Su Myat from Front Office, and all team members for their exceptional service and warm attention.
