“QUAINT, COSY, COMFORTABLE” “TRENDY MOTEL-STYLE”

LOCATION
Just off the main road, over a “canal”, the sign/site is obstructed by the neighboring building, and the entrance requires a sharp swerve coming from the west. Driving from the beach (about few hundred m away) is easier (we have bigger vehicle).
SERVICE
The guest house owner is an American guy who was hospitable, friendly and chatty. He has been residing with his family here for many years, and clearly enjoys his job. He will provide information on anything and everything offering tourist service if needed. Security decent although the guard could have been more proactive.
ROOMS
There are many small cabins in the front, while the main building has family rooms, a lounge and the brekky restuarant. We stayed in the family room.
We found the room spacious, well designed (there is a roof electric window to allow natural sunlight). The bathroom was clean, the furniture with double bunks perfect for our kids and the main bed with bottoms drawers for storage was modern and stylish. The colorful paintings/photographs and walls brightened up the rooms/resort with positive energy. 
POOL
This was a delightful highlight for our kids, while we lazed around on the recliners. They have bar service and the area comes to life again for night parties with disco music. 
BREAKFAST
The selection was good with both hot and cold choices. Overall it was simple but satisfying with our tummies still full at lunchtime.

Mold in the room

Please be careful. The room smelled strongly of mold. Room 3 (in the main house) has only one closed window in the ceiling at a height of 4 meters or more. Impossible to open and ventilate it. The bathroom had no window and the bathroom ceiling was full of mold. And it was sold to me as a family room. Room 3 is too small for that. 3x4 meters. The room is unsuitable for families to stay and is a health hazard due to the strong mold infestation. The staff told me that every room in the main house is designed like Room3. So please be careful.

Great

They accommodated my group of 23 well, and made the beds daily. We stayed for 11 nights. They have a laundry service for 5 dollars and many people in my group did that, but one person didn’t get their clothes back. They had breakfast each morning for my group, and they do have a small pool which is nice. The lobby area is pretty big, and seated my whole group. When everyone was showering the water did get cold after like 10 minutes, and there was an additional public bathroom in the lobby that we used because there were 4-6 people per room.

Good for a overnight stay (or two)

We stayed at Liv Inn one night on our way and it was a nice stay, Definitely more than expected I must say. I was also surprised and amazed by the room as it is such a tiny room as you'd expect to see in japan or so... anyway, we did arrive late and left early so there was not much to explore.. our friends had a dorm room which was almost the better option if you do like your space. If you are not planning on staying in the room all day with your partner, it should be fine. Closets are outside, since there is not much room in the room but I wonder who'd leave any values out there? Rooms did not have mosquito nets or mosquito doors, which was a little annoying, especially after a shower. I did enjoy the coziness but also, you are showering right above the toilet. It was an experience but the water does travel a certain distance and if you have any values nearby.... which is not far! Water pressure was a bit funny but it did warm up nicely. The facility is not huge but does include a pool, grill area, a lobby/ hangout area with Tv, books, games and magazines and right there is also the kitchen alongside some more private rooms. The late night snack was much appreciated, since the kitchen was already closed. The meal was an average burger but prepared by friendly service team. Check-in and our were easy with no issues. Over all, a nice little stay.

Petite and Comfortable

The guesthouse outside rooms are small. It was strange for us to adjust on day 1 however we got used to it by the 2nd day.
The venue is beautifully designed and their breakfast is decent.
We enjoyed our week long stay.
