Perfect start to our Namibia trip

We felt very comfortable at Windhoek Game Camp from the first moment. The accommodation is beautifully landscaped and consists of individual, spacious tents, each with its own bathroom. Everything was very clean and lovingly maintained.
Especially beautiful is the extensive terrain around the camp. You can take small walks and hikes there and with a bit of luck even watch giraffes and antelopes.
Also the location is perfect: The camp is pleasantly close to Windhoek and is therefore ideal for the first or last day of a trip to Namibia – especially if you don’t want to spend the night directly in the city but still don’t want to have too far to the airport.
The whole team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was fantastic too.
Our absolute highlight, however, was feeding the giraffe in the morning directly by the pool – a beautiful and really special experience.
We would definitely choose the Windhoek Game Camp again and can absolutely recommend it!

Just relax

After 12 days of safari and various experiences, we stayed at Windhoek Game Camp for three more days to let our souls dangle
We didn't miss anything. The insulated and air-conditioned tents were equipped with every comfort. Large comfortable bed, large shower, bathrobes..
The large terrace invites you to linger and with a bit of luck suddenly giraffes stand in front of your terrace.
The pool provided cooling.
The service was very good and attentive . The food in menu form was very delicious.
The whole staff was very warm, accommodating just great.

Time well spend

The resort is overall very good for relaxing and having a zen moment. I love the fact that it was not too busy and full.

Excellent start into our Namibia-trip

We were kindly greated by the host during arrival. Already in advance the contact via Whatsapp was always nice and helpfull.
We booked a GameDrive in Okapuka with them and this was well organised as well.
The breakfast was great and meeting the girafes was truly amazing.
Dinner was great.
The two hosts speak german as well and were very kind and came by to ask how we are which made us feel welcome.
The rooms are amazing. The view and the tent style made it an amazing start into our trip.
Can totally recommend!

Super Cute Tents and a Great Lodge

Super cute tents complete with chandelier! Loved this property — an hour from the airport. We walked their 2 hiking trails to stretch our legs after travelling for 2 weeks — a nice perk. Food was great and plentiful. Rooms were really comfortable with lots of amenities. They also have some game on the property that they feed at breakfast time. Would highly recommend this property!
