Nice spacious rooms, very clean and great location

Nice spacious rooms, very clean and great location.
Reasonably close to Etosha (+/- 80 km to Von Lindequist Gate)
The restaurant was ok, nothing special. Friendly staff but kitchen very slow serving lukewarm to cold food.

Fabulous resort, but restaurant needs a manager.

Impeccably clean and neat, and a lot more spacious than expected.
The adjacent restaurant is just SUPER SLOW and the food wasn't that great. But the resort itself is lovely.

A Wonderful Experience at Kupferquelle Resort

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Kupferquelle Resort and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The resort is beautifully maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms, peaceful surroundings, and excellent facilities. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist, making me feel at home throughout our stay.
The food at the grill was delicious and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Everything was well organized, and it is clear that great care is taken to ensure guests have a pleasant experience.

For a stopover.

Good reception; they provide you with Wi-Fi codes that work well.
The room is very pleasant, the bathroom is large, it’s modern, it’s very nice.
However, the bed is quite small: for two people used to sleeping in a king-size bed, it feels cramped.
Our terrace was very pleasant. We dined there with our own products, which allows for savings, but since the setting is very nice, it felt like a restaurant.
On a downside, the restaurant is closed.
We have breakfast, which is not included, at another restaurant.
The big plus is the laundry; it costs nothing, and there is a washing machine and dryer for three euros for both.
I recommend it for a stopover.

The stone age

This resort is priced too high for the level of service I received. The facilities are old and there were Renovations or repairs going on during my visit. Had I have known this, I would have looked for alternatives. The rooms were not very clean. The TV is outdated. There was no toilet paper in the toilet. The balcony was dirty/dusty. Overall the resort feels old and outdated. The staff at reception is unfriendly and unprofessional. I would not visit again or recommend it to anyone else.
