Fantastic Three Days at Mone’s Mountain View Hotel

We had a lovely three days at this beautiful hotel. The village is incredibly quiet with a spectacular view of the Annapurna range. Krishna and Santa were kind and attentive hosts. Krishna gave us a tour of the village and told us about the local people and customs. He also introduced us to his family and gave us a tour of their traditional Nepali home. The food was great, and Santa gave me cooking lessons so I learned how to make Tibetan bread. We felt like guests of the family. We also had a chance to meet other travelers and chat at mealtimes. This was a great rest after trekking. Highly recommended place to relax, read books, and look at the scenery.

Great hospitality with a view!

Krishna and family couldn’t be more welcoming and accommodating.
We stayed as part of an organised trek and I am grateful that we did.
The food was amazing and that was with a thunderstorm knocking out the power for 12 hours or so!
The rooms are comfortable with great views across the valleys and on to the mountains and it’s a great place to chill if trekking this way.

A place that's cozy, like home

It's an amazing place to relax. Very clean, comfortable beds and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The affable owners took care of us as close relatives, the wires were so heartfelt, they didn't even want to leave. The hostess treated us to homemade local dishes. It's delicious. The owner showed us around and took our group camping. Much appreciated the warm welcome.

Lunch view

We arrived
hungry after hiking all morning and were very pleased with the excellent food freshly prepared for us for lunch. We did not see the rooms or stay overnight as we had booked somewhere else . The view was lovely , and we were the only guests, Washroom was clean and convenient , Prices fair.
