A convenient airport hotel with outstanding hospitality. The staff kindly accommodated an early check-in after my arrival, which made a long travel day much easier. They also arranged a complimentary airport drop-off for my departing flight, and everything was punctual and hassle-free. Comfortable and clean room. If you’re looking for a reliable hotel near Kathmandu Airport with excellent service, this is a great choice!

I have had several great stays at Airport Diana Hotel over the last couple of months. I have used the hotel as a base while in Nepal and it's such a comforting feeling knowing that I am going to a place that I enjoy, great staff at the front desk, dining room, kitchen, housekeeping, driver to airport pick up/drop off and even the security gentlemen. The staff are all so polite and kind and offer suggestions on how to get places and one of the owners even took me to the bus stop outside on Ring Road to make sure I got on the right bus to Nagarkot. I stayed here in 2025 as well and it's just great!! The breakfasts and food in general are worth a mention and the roof top is pleasant too. The Manager, Aananda, is always there in the lobby/ hotel to great you with kindness and sincerity. Unfortunately I don't know all the front desk staff's names but Rabi and Surparna are worth a mention and one of the Owners/ Supervisors, Diwas, and all the other staff are just great! I highly recommend the Airport Diana Hotel for authenticity and a great Nepalese stay and they always welcome you back with a refreshing drink upon entry.

I continue to stay at Diana Hotel when i am in Kathmandu because they offer good service , kind staff, great housekeeping, good food and overall it's always pleasant. When i arrived back from India last week, I wasn't feeling well and the staff offered to drive me to the closest pharmacy. It's those kinds of little things and everything i have mentioned above why I would recommend Diana Hotel.

it's most probably my 5th or 6th stay at Diana Hotel. staff, food and rooms are great. It's always a pleasure to stay here while in Kathmandu.

Good place to rest after 26 hours in airports. Room was clean and tidy. Staff was very good. Nice breakfast.
