Great place

Very nice place, clean and beautiful.
There is local family that host in this hostel and thay are very cute.
Thay Help me with the trak,
Can send your clothes to loundery and the price is good.
Also there is table tennis in the garden if you like it.

Nice hostel with clean rooms, hot water and nice garden to relax or eat. Staff very friendly.

Excellent stay, with hot water, garden to relax or eat in, parking for small vehicles and laundry service. I would definitely come back here. Prices are very reasonable.
Rooms: I stayed in a spacious private room with ample storage space. the rooms/dorms looked neat and clean it. (Warm) shower and toilet were located in the hallway.
Safety: I used this hostel as a starting point for a multi-day trek. My belongings could be stored safely until I returned and my motorcycle could be left in the gated parking lot.
Walkability of the neighborhood: Very close to lakeside yet on a fairly quiet street with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants.
Food and drinks: The hostel has a beautiful garden with a restaurant with a varied menu.

absolutely love it

Everything is absolutely perfect - place, location and of course Gyan and Bishal. It`s clean, cozy and with a lot of heart in it.
I had to stay in a hospital for 8 days and the owner of Eco hostel just brought me lunch :)

Perfect to chill after trekking ;)

We were at Nepalaya hostel after 22 days of trekking in the area. It is a very comfortable, clean and quiet place, for a reasonnable price. I think you can read it in the other comments, but the owner and the staff are very very very welcoming and nice and will make you feel at home for sure. The atmosphere at the hostel was unique and I think we wouldn't have hesitated to extend our stay if it had been possible.

Just perfect

Eco Hostel has been a wonderful place for my partner and I. The place is quiet and really close to Lakeside. The price is reasonable and the owner and employees are amazing people, really nice. At that time, they also had a yoga teacher giving lessons twice a day. Moreover, you have the possibility to play ping-pong. The price for the meals are also reasonable and the place is being cleaned every day. We would definitely recommand it!
