We faced inadequate air conditioning in our room and requested a room change. Despite raising the issue twice, staff insisted the cooling was sufficient and refused to assist. When we mentioned moving to another hotel, the manager responded dismissively with "your wish." This unprofessional and ego-driven behavior is unacceptable. We request a proper resolution or refund for the inconvenience caused.

Following your concerns, our maintenance team promptly attended to the room and confirmed that the air conditioning was functioning within its operating parameters. Nevertheless, understanding that your comfort is our priority, our Front Office team and Manager on Duty offered you an alternate room right next to your room, which you accepted, and we are pleased that no further concerns regarding the air conditioning were reported thereafter.
In an effort to make up for the inconvenience, we also offered complimentary dinner and a special discount on food and beverages. Unfortunately, these gestures were declined, and your request for a full refund could not be accommodated as we had provided an alternative room and continued to deliver the services included in your stay.
We are sorry that our communication during this interaction was perceived differently than intended. It was never our intention to appear dismissive, and we regret that our response caused further disappointment.
Guest comfort and satisfaction remain our highest priorities, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve both our facilities and our service delivery. We take immense pride in providing qualitative service and our biggest assets are our staffs who are always there to help as you can see in various reviews on this channel as well. Exceptional Stay – A Truly Memorable Experience!
I had a truly lovely experience during my stay, and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. From start to finish, the service was excellent, with a staff that is both professional and incredibly attentive to every detail. A special shout-out goes to Bibek, who is a true master of his craft; the drinks he prepared were absolutely outstanding and a real highlight of my evenings. To top it off, the pool area is fantastic,it is immaculately maintained and the perfect spot to relax and unwind. This was an excellent stay, and I am already looking forward to my next visit!
