I love this place

Searched trip advisor and took a risk. It's a small cute boutique hotel. With emphasis on the word 'small' but really tranquil and cosy. It's a good place to get away from it all. I love the minimal decor and especially the writings on the walls.. a difference from the usual framed art on hotel walls I am used to.
The staff are courteous and nice. And food is good. Will go back when I need a breather.

Requested and paid for a Deluxe room. Was given a Standard room. Was told the only other rooms available was Penthouse room for additional fees. Shameful.

TERRIBLE HOTEL GIST

THIS HOTEL IS SO TERRIBLE AND THE ROOM THEY GAVE ME WAS SHABBY LOOKING.TERRIBLE BEDSPREEDS AND LITTLE OR NO SPACE AT ALL TO EVEN DROP MY SUITCASES. I SWITCHED HOTEL THAT VERY NIGHT AS EVEN THE BEST ROOM I WAS OFFERED WAS TERRIBLE. I ASKED FOR A REFUND BACK BUT DID NOT GET ANY AS THEY KEPT SAYING THEY HAVE NOT BEEN PAID BY THE TRAVEL AGENCY I USED AND I SHOULD CONTACT THEM. SO I DID NOT GET ANY REFUND,I SPENT 1 NIGHT INSTEAD OF 7 NIGHTS AND NO REFUND. TERRIBLE PR, TERRIBLE HOTEL. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR EVEN MY ENEMIES.

I want to sincerely apologize for taking this long to respond to your message and also the inconveniences you experienced during your stay with us. There is no amount of sorry that would ameliorate the disappointment you felt over your refund. Actually, the reason why we asked you to contact your travel agent was because, they are the one that should make a refund to you, reason been that we do not receive payment from them until after 30days. And that was the reason we asked you to reach out to them for quick action. Sorry for the misunderstanding and i believe you were able to get your money back. Just for update, a lot of changes have been made, and I'm assuring you that you will love it now, just another chance. However, for the inconvenience we caused you, I am promising you an upgrade and a complimentary lunch anytime to visit our facility again.

Very annoying management that focus on money and not the customer.

Very annoying management that focus on money and not the customer. I booked a room from Port harcourt. At the airport , their customer care called me that they want to give the room to someone else. I was like, hold on , I’m on my way to Abuja in the next hour, that I have booked the room already. On arriving Abuja, I booked a taxi to the hotel, along the way my instinct told me to just call first, I called their customer care and just imagine what she told me. She said that there was a plumbing work going on in the room I booked that they don’t know when it will be over. Just imagine. They gave the room I booked to someone else and lied that the room was under going plumbing work. I had to divert the taxi to another location and ended up paying double transport fare. It was really a bad treatment on me from this hotel. If it was possible not to give them any star rating I would have done it. I wouldn’t advice anyone to go to this hotel.

Thank you for getting back to us and also expressing your disappointment over the treatment from our front desk. I admit that the treatment was totally wrong. They are trained to provide solutions to customers when there an issue rather than leaving them to their own fate. I know you felt so bad about what happened. Just to let you know that the management have made a lot of changes, and now we have professional staff that have the ability to proffer solution to issue or problem when it arises. I want to sincerely apologize for what happened. Just to make it up to you, an upgrade awaits you anytime you visit our facility again.
