Excellent

The staffs are well trained, their foods is awesome. They have big parking space and their rooms are very vice. I really enjoyed my time here and i recommend this place for anyone coming in for a business trip.

I stayed in 3 hotels on this trip but this one was certainly a swindle. The appearance and location of the hotel was the catch.
The 2 rooms we were given were extremely small with all dilapidated fixtures and not well maintained furniture.
The telephones in the 2 rooms booked did not work. We had to go all the way downstairs to communicate with front desk and Resturant.
Room service fee was =N=2000 in comparison with similar star hotel who charge only =N=500.
Doors were damaged, handles was rusty and brown. Tv was not smart TV.
It was a huge disappointment for money paid. Out of all 3 hotels I stayed in the country, this was by far the worse room.

This place is dingy. Opened the refrigerator and there was rotten food there. Noise was coming from the pool very rowdy residents. Customer service and IT dept was great. Towels lost color now off white.

Just average

For the price we paid I think there are better hotels in this area. The rooms are ok, the shower is quite special with many pipes but only a few work. The restaurant is not what international guests are used to. We waited for an hour for a sandwich.
The personal is nice but not very skilled.

HOTEL REVIEW

It was a business trip that brought me to the hotel. I came with my family though, the experience was refreshing. Was fascinated with space management especially with the car park. The stewards were courteous & ready to assist. The hotel will be a reference point for me. Thank you for the hospitality.
