The hotel and the people there were lovely

The hotel was clean,people were lovely and I will go back,I would tell anyone to go and stay there,Nigeria is a nice place to vist,and when I go back I will be going to stay at this hotel again.the pool and the bar were always clean,the music was good and the people who came to the hotel were fun and very friendly they made u feel welcome,

Improve

A friend (Tim) and I stayed in the Cynergy Suites room 1010 last week. We found the double room very convenient and suitable for business meetings. We will be back soon for business and want to stay at this hotel again. The hospitality is great. There are a few things that need attention:- Kitchen - The fridge and microwave is great, but can do without the gas stove (the gas bottle is smelly) and there are no pots in any case. Bathroom - the hot water tap at the hand basin does not function at all (cannot close it, it is always open and is "controlled via the stop cock going to the small geyser. Main on suite - do away with the ever leaking , smelly moss ridden sky light, the light on switch gives enough light and paint will not peel off on walls. Install a shower curtain or shower door, since the water accumalates (becomes smelly) on the floor next to the shower.These are minor tasks, but will reflect a true 4 star rating! Looking forward in booking into your hotel Room no. 1010 again soon.

A Wonderful Experience

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and friendly. They have nightly entertainment (nightclub setting) at their Pool Bar (a bar with a swimming pool-although I saw no one swimming in it). Security was tight and they had a gated/fenced entrance. Food was authentic African, although their brochure says it offers Continental cuisine. ONLY accept Naira for payment. Rates comparable to $80-$100.00 per night depending on which room you get (they offer different room sizes-the one we stayed in was called the Classic). I plan on going back to Nigeria in 2009, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
