Great Hospitality, Just Needs Some Modernisation

We stayed from 6 to 12 July and had a very enjoyable stay.
The highlight was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always helpful. A special thank you to Kemi, the manager, for ensuring we had a lovely room, and to the breakfast omelette chef, who did a fantastic job each morning. Their hospitality really made a difference.
The hotel is comfortable, but the rooms and hallway carpets feel dated and could benefit from some refurbishment.
One safety concern: the second floor public toilet near the breakfast room was being mopped while guests were still using it, making the floor very slippery. Although a warning was given, it would be safer to clean the area when it is empty or with better precautions.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay with excellent service. Some updates to the rooms and hallways, along with continued attention to guest safety, would make the experience even better.

My honest Feedback

First the experience was not good as the initial room reserved was not what was given. The time booked for my meal was moved 30mins behind making my event morning a stressful one. However, The Banquet manager Aderonke and her team Lukman/Lukmon was able to resolve it. Good customer service overall.

Review of LPSS Year 6 Dinner at Fourpoint hotel

The food and customer service is soo excellent.
All thanks to Chef Robins, Mrs Imaobong Ms Ronke and Chef Agbola, Mr Charles and their team. They were so excellent. Thank you.

My Awesome Fourpoints Experience

We had a very supportive team from Fourpoints throughout the 3 Days Engineering Review that we held in yoyr facility from 1 - 3, July.
Aderoke was very professional and highly supportive, ensuring all the logistics are in place and functional, her eyes for details was very helpful
Elizabeth was not left out. She ensured my guests were well attended to in the restaurant
Other members of Aderoke's team were equally fantastic at their jobs
