The Hotel is wonderful and should be called home away from home.
Starting from their reception, F&b their cleaning is wonderful.
They don't delay in delivery services. Once you contact the front desk for any challenges, it will be attended to without been delayed.
If you eventually forgot something in your room, it would be kept for you depending when you would return to get it.
That's why it's always filled with coporate bodies.

Dirty Rooms
Found a COCKROACH in my room, I totally ignored and killed it, I mean its barely busy round the year in the hotel swamped owerri. So on my way out for dinner at Rockview, I asked the receptionist to send someone to clean it and used an insecticide because I found a roach. She offered a faint apology, and I went ahead to leave. I come home, And they didn’t have the decency to even sweep it when they “cleaned my room”
As if it’s not enough, I go to the bathroom to see if they took out the roach I killed there last night also, behold it was there waiting for me.

A pleasant home away on business
We were greeted on arrival, and even though our reservation was not clear, they quickly gave us rooms. As our trip was extended day by day, they easily extended our stay and made us welcome. We were on business, and the business center helped with printing and other items.
The rooms are not large - just a dresser, a desk and a large bed with pathways around - but, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is African style with a shower open to the rest of the bathroom and an "instant" water heater in the room. Everything worked fine, and the water pressure was good. The hotel generator came on quickly whenever power went out.
The pool area was the highlight of the hotel. It was often busy for drinks, pool, TV watching and groups working together. Nobody swimming, though...
The restaurant was the weakest point of the hotel. They are organized principally for room service. We were the only ones eating in the restaurant at breakfast or dinner. While the food was fine, the service was very slow at all meals.
So, do I recommend the hotel? Yes - so long as you go out to local restaurants for your meals.
