Hotel Kiestad trustable and very pleasant to stay

Hotel Keistad is one of the excellent and very good to stay , the location is very good , spacious room and food it has multiple dishes as per customer taste.
This is my secound stay in the hotel where i came for short term , The staff was excellent and took very good care of us. I would highly recommend.

only the location counts

Let me start by saying that we arrived in Amersfoort without planning it so we booked on the fly based almost exclusively on the location, which in fact is very central. For the rest, however, it offers nothing, non-existent reception, we saw a person as soon as we arrived who asked us for payment... then disappeared. Small and not very clean room. The hotel is in a pedestrian area, you can't reach it by car even to unload your luggage. We found paid parking nearby.

Ones up on a time in amersfoort

For a school project I went to Amersfoort.And stayed in hotel Keistad.It was very nice place to stay.It is in the middle of the city centre.A huge tower near here.You cannot loose your way because,when you look up to the sky you can see the tower from everywhere.Room was nice,clean and warm.And breakfast was very good,the man who prepare breakfast was friendly,helpful and made good breakfast for me.So,Amersfoort is a wonderful city,hotel Keistad is a good place if you want to stay in the hearth of the city.Thank you very much.I hope one day I can come back again.

Good value and clean hotel

Good location in one of the Squares in Amersfoort with small lift for access to rooms. My room was good clean and tidy with new carpet- shower room excellent with powerful shower. I found the staff helpful and pleasant and the owner/manager keen to assist with problem I had with room safe. Great air con.

Disgusting filth and extremely rude manager. Avoid like the plague.

I am a very tolerant person and this headline is not something I would usually write but the guy who runs this place is the worst I have ever dealt with. We arrived at this place at 3pm and the doors were locked. We had to ring to get in. We had asked for breakfast in our booking but we were told it wasn't available before we had to leave in the morning so the receptionist advised that we could cancel breakfast. We went up in the lift and left our luggage in the room. When we went down the stairs we arrived into a literal rubbish dump of smelly disgusting waste blocking the passage (see photos). It made us want to throw up. We had to go back upstairs and find another way out. I have never seen such filth in a hotel. Later that night when we came back from dinner, we were verbally attacked by the rude manager who was angry that I had canceled breakfast. I have never been treated this way before anywhere. I paid him the 3 euro commission he would have got from the booking site for breakfast but he still didn't stop. I strongly advised that you don't go to this hotel and this is something I have never done before.
