The best hotel we have stayed in, very close to Central Amsterdam and easy to get to (only 15-20 mins by tram). The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and overall a great experience. We will definitely be returning.

Horrible location. If you are a tourist you are better off spending more to get closer to the canal. Trash outside and overgrown land scape. Tiny shower and bathroom

Terrible and dirty hotel

It was terrible, the room was totally incomparable to the pictures. It was very dirty as if there had been no brushing.
There were hardly any staff, we had to wait half an hour at the bar to order some drinks we therefore left without drinking of course.
Would really never recommend this hotel!

Good for what you need. A little bit of a walk to central but easy tram or train connections. Lovely but comfortable bed with decent size TV. Unfortunately there was mould in our room by the wardrobes. We weren’t in the room enough to really be bothered by it. Also you get given 2 coffee pods and then our room wasn’t cleaned for the whole weekend so no refill and my partner asked for a coffee, was made one and it was added to our bill! Would have been nice to know there’s a charge or be told to ask to clean the room/get more coffee. Overall we were happy with our stay and very pleasant staff members! For the price, it does the job! Also you can only smoke the special tobacco out the front.

Good size room for two, comfortable bed, smaller bathroom but it worked. The breakfast good, but the eggs & sausage had been warm for a while so they were not great. Easy to find from tram, helpful & friendly staff. Overall would stay again.👍
