Recommended
We stayed four nights in an Urban room which is a bit larger and we were very comfortable even though there is no closet and the sink is practically next to the bed (the shower and toilet are separate, however). The tram stop is a few meters away and the parking option is very convenient. Very kind staff. For Amsterdam prices, we consider it a good choice.

He spent 3 nights during Tulip Festival. The Hotel is located sightly outside of Amsterdam city centre in a reasonably quieter area in the middle of a shopping area. Easy access to a major tram line (17) and airport bus. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are renovated and clean and spacious. having a little fridge is a real bonus. Clean bathroom and could have added better toiletries. Tiny pillows and had to ask for extra pillows. There were no mugs in the room despite there was a coffee machine. The bed was comfortable. The location felt a bit unsafe specially in the evenings although inside of the hotel was perfectly safe. there were supermarkets and dinning options close by. It was a decent stay and would stay again.

Good time at Citiez
I went there for 2 days. What Can I say. I expected a LOT less. Everything was excellent. The breakfast was very good, the rooms were a bit small but VERY comfy. Good bed. Well prepared for the next guests. The customer service and just normally the people working there are sooo nice. They offer you things and they are very polite. They love speaking and are very happy. Especially in the evening. A man named Atila is usually working in the evenings. He is very helping and nice. Talkative and funny, you can always ask him for help. After these night I would rate this about 9,4 stars very good experience.

Nice and clean rooms but the location is to far from Amsterdam. The area is not nice. Average breakfast but nice with free parking aprox 300m from the hotel.
