Had a lovely time at this hotel. Can not fault the room it was lovely and absolutely immaculate. The staff could not have been more helpful, excellent customer service, they even decorated the room and left a card for my partners birthday. Relaly impressed and will definetely being staying again. Check in was not until 3pm but if you have an early arrival flight then you can drop your bags off until check in and the same when leaving.

Bad ever

I stayed at this hotel from March 6 to 8 and booked a premium room, expecting it to be the best they had to offer. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the exact opposite.
The room was in a scandalous condition for what is supposed to be a premium room. The bath was damaged, several lamps were broken (one of which didn't even work at all) and the towel rack was half out of the wall. There were visible damage everywhere. On top of that, the room was also dirty on arrival. The minibar wasn't even replenished. At the price being asked here, that is really unacceptable.
When I went to the lobby to report this, I got in response: “We can’t change everything in the room.” I found that a particularly disappointing and disinterested answer. If a room is clearly damaged and poorly maintained, you expect at least understanding or a solution, not such a reaction.
What was good: the hotel is open 24/24 and the location is good. But honestly, it stops there, too.
I hardly ever write bad reviews. I travel several times a year to cities like Amsterdam or Rotterdam and have stayed in many hotels, including cheaper ones. But this was without a doubt one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Especially at this price.
My honest advice: about 1 km away is a much better hotel with parking. For the same money you probably get the quality you expect there.
In short: at this price this is really not acceptable. My advice: just don't.

Nice quiet, good value small hotel

I did alot of research before i chose this hotel, to decide where to stay with my 80 year old Mum for our 1 night in Amsterdam, before we travelled on to Almelo for a wedding. I chose here because i wanted a good nights sleep (when i last came to Amsterdam, we were right in the centre and i hardly slept at all!). I'm glad i booked it as it was lovely and quiet and i slept well, as did my Mum. Yes, it's slightly away from the main centre, but everything is walkable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly fine for our needs and the price we paid. I would stay here again if I just wanted a decent room for one or two nights, and a good night's sleep.

WARNING FRAUDSTERS

Watch out! I booked through Booking with payment with cc a few days before.
I am contacted by a lady, WITH ALL MY DETAILS who tells me to make the payment to confirm the hotel via Booking link.
Payment made, I contact the hotel to ask for confirmation and they don’t know anything, I explained the problem and they didn’t reply anymore.
I hesitate I lost the money and they washed their hands of it. But someone gave him all my personal data.

Nice room. Not at the centre but with good accessibility

Not at the central location but easily accessible by Metro. Walking to the flower market is 10 min, while walking to the Central Station is 10 min. The room is surprisingly good - modern and clear. A nice boutique hotel.
