Really nice staff. So helpful and nice.
The shower had a weird smell to it. The rooms are smal but very clean.
Worst part was the doors. You could hear every single door slam shut. It was so loud it woke me up several times during the night.

It was not clear to me when I booked that it was a shared bathroom and shared shower. If I knew that, I would never had booked it. NOWHERE during the booking did it say that the economy double room was so small that you literally had to crawl over the bed to move around in the room. The picture of the room shows only one of the walls. This is unacceptable.
We changed hotel after one night. The hotel rented our rooms to other guests but refused to give us any proof of our checkout. They were very unhelpful and frankly straight up rude and confrontational when I requested this proof so that I could get money back from my own private insurance, and claimed this had never happened before, even tho I can see other guessed have done the same n the reviews.
Incredibly disappointed with this booking and I feel I was scammed completely. They also didn’t want to return the part of my unused tourist tax I paid on arrival to the guy in the front desk for the full stay - but I will fight this out with them because that’s unlawful.
Would absolutely never book again!

Not too bad

Nice spacious room right in the mix. Very loud area and people knocking around outside late into the nights cheap and cheerful

This is in the middle of the red light district. So loud all night. The windows are garbage so can hear everything

This was the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at - not the street noise, we expected that booking in the Red Light District. This was paper thin walls, but primarily slamming doors throughout the night. The door also has an alarm the second you open it despite YOU having opened it - we tried to change rooms and the staff member on duty effectively didn’t believe us that it was loud, and said they were sold out despite us not seeing a single soul while we were there. The sink doesn’t drain, the curtains were broken and hanging off the rod, and the key worked half the time. We left after one night. Great location but pictures made it seem a lot fancier than it was.
