Beautiful hotel in a very attractive street, in an ideal and lovely location. Most of what I was interested in was within walking distance.
Staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. Also very helpful. They took the time to show me all the places I wanted to go on a map and tell me about places to go and visit.
The hotel was calm and quiet, yet with a friendly atmosphere.

The room was very small for the price. Limited area to put luggage. Breakfast was good with plenty of options.

Staff were helpful and courteous, great location walking distance to a lot of the museums and bus/tram stops.

We had a room on the first floor towards the street with large windows and a balcony which was very nice in summer, the room was spacious and the bathroom was modern. Good breakfast and the breakfast room was never crowded. We found the list of nearby restaurants we were provided on arrival super helpful, we ate at two of them and they were both excellent. Perfect location for the museums and Concertgebouw. Overall a great stay!
