Convenient, beautiful location. Great sleep!

This hotel is at the bottom of an iconic building. Exterior rooms have a super view over the River Ij and a small harbor. Lots of light. Interior rooms don’t have the view but are comfortable and allow for a good sleep, the most essential thing. Easily reachable from Central Station on foot or bus 48. Reception staff are very welcoming and informative. Wifi is good, too, and we loved the Nespresso machine in our room. A bit of a hidden gem!

The room was perfectly acceptable, not what I would call ‘deluxe’ though. Do not leave anything in your room if you want to see it again. An item ‘disappeared’, nothing valuable but caused inconvenience. Staff seemed interested but no solution was found before I checked out & I am still waiting for an email.

Good hotel. 30 min walk from the station. Location is okay if you want to just sleep and don’t live the neighborhood. There are no coffee shops nearby and the hotel lacks a bar/restaurant. There are only coffee machines, crisps and cold drinks.
My room was on ground floor and had some issues with the water system. I had to keep the curtains shut because of how rooms are structured on ground floor - you have no privacy if curtains are left open

Good location, poor service

Expensive 'luxury' room, no luxury service. Room needs TLC (carpet coming loose, grafitty on the concrete wall, you needed to squeeze in between the bed and a concrete pillar to get in the bed (yes, I'm not small but also not huge!) and they 'accidentily' charged my credit card 1200€ while the room was pre-paid.

Great location, small rooms, great bed but no storage

Great location, small rooms, great bed but no storage. Beautiful bathroom, shame it was bigger than the bedroom itself.
