Nicht buchen - Preis-Leistung stimmen nicht! Not recommended!
Das Loft im 3. Stock ist überteuert und absolut nicht den hohen Preis wert.
Die Lage ist ok, man erreicht alles schnell zu Fuß.
Es muss jedoch dringend renoviert und geputzt werden!
Überall verteilt sind Spuren der Anstriche und Farbreste zu sehen, die Scheiben nicht geputzt.
Die Küche ist notdürftig eingerichtet, die Schranktüren und Arbeitsplatte beschädigt.
Es fehlt eine Steckdose im Bad, oben im Schlafbereich gibt es weder ein Licht noch eine Steckdose.
Das Bett ist nur über eine Leitertreppe zu erreichen – ein Licht ist lebensnotwendig wenn man nicht nachts hoch- oder runterfallen möchte.
Die Dachterrasse ist hübsch aber voller Zigarettenstummel…. Ein Aschenbecher wäre toll!
Wir können leider keine Empfehlung geben und sind schwer enttäuscht.

The loft is expensive and absolutely not worth the high price.
The situation is good, one achieves everything by foot.
But it must urgently be renovated and cleaned!
Traces of the touches and colour residues are distributed everywhere to see, the glass not cleaned.
The kitchen with damaged cabinet doors and working desk is fitted out provisionally.
An electrical outlet is missing in the bath, there are neither a light nor an electrical outlet above in the sleeping empire.
The bed can only be reached over ladder stairs- For this it’s essentially necessary to have a light if you do not want to fall down at night!
The housetop terrace is very nice but dirty with cigarette filters thrown away… an ashtray would be helpfull!
We unfortunately can not give any recommendation and are deeply disappointed.
