Staff was amazing, the english breakfast was very pleasant.
Room was cozy, and tram stop was a minute away.

We didn’t have the breakfast. The hotel was friendly and the service was good. Not great if you can’t carry your case up many flights of stairs.
Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and well laid out. Storage a bit lacking but sufficed.

Overall rating of the property:
economy rooms indescribable except as a hovel
dust and dirt everywhere and little attention to detail
photos on misleading sites, misleading advertising
young and helpful staff
We booked an economy room and found ourselves in a closet in the cellar. As soon as we arrived at the second flush the toilet became clogged, causing liquids to leak out of the shower.
They couldn't fix the damage and made us use the bango from the next single room.
On the second day the fault had not yet been repaired but fortunately they moved us to another room on the ground floor, definitely more beautiful (apparently).
If it's just for sleeping and washing and you're not picky, that's fine.
We have always been content with little, but this hotel has put our resistance to the test.
So NO, I do not recommend.

Hotel in a great location to reach the various attractions, room a little small, but all in all there was everything, tv, heating, safe, hairdryer
The window was wide you could open and darken with curtains
Small but new bathroom with shower accessories

Very accommodating for an early arrival and luggage storage. Very clean and great location to walk to canals and museums.
