Great B&B near Hardenberg

One night stay. Very pleasant.
If ever in need of a B&B in/around Hardenberg/Vroomshoop go here, you will not be disappointed.
Rooms
Spacious room. King size bed, relatively soft mattress. Nice bathroom. Great shower.
Nearby activities
Hardenberg around the corner.
Food & drinks
Espresso machine in the shared area. Soft drinks and beer in the fridge. Orange juice and milk at breakfast. All included in the price of the overnight stay. Breakfast is something else. Fresh strawberries, pineapple, raspberries and kiwi. 5 or 6 different types of rolls of bread. Cheese, ham, 4 different types of jam. Boiled egg. And chocolate sprinkles. Dutch breakfast would not be Dutch breakfast without some.

Going for 4*

Nicely located along a canal close to Hardenberg. The rooms are secluded from the road, so no noise from it. Three rooms of which only two have a bathroom. That meant in our case, where we were with 2 couples, that we had to share a bathroom and toilet as the other room was occupied. It ain't comfortable for us that stayed in the bedroom with the bathroom and the other couple for having to go to the toilet at night...That is the main reason for giving it 3 stars only.
If the third room would have a toilet this accommodation would deserve a 4th star. Not 5 as the renovation is still ongoing.
On the other hand the beds are very comfortable, the lounge with a view over the garden and fields is nice to have, and the Dutch breakfast was very very good. Doreen and Mathieu were very friendly hosts.
